Andrew has over 25 years of experience in the development of learning solutions and driving commercial success in Recruitment, Education and Training. He is a commercial strategist and leader with an enviable network across the sector. Andrew’s experience and network of partners also provide access to an array of leading global education technology solutions.

Operations Director
Liz started her career as a civil servant with the DWP, where she supported the unemployed to find work. Liz went on to amass a wealth of experience in recruitment, employer engagement and learner recruitment. Her knowledge of both HE and FE funding is unrivalled, and her network of potential funding partners makes Liz a valuable asset to Bee Employed clients and their strategic growth plans.

Finance Manager
Reece is a skilled Finance Manager, with a First-Class degree in Economics and a Distinction at Master’s level in Finance and Investment. Currently employed as a Management Accountant at Sedulo, he is working towards a Chartered Accountancy, supporting Bee Employed with their growth opportunities.
